A bespoke website that finally matches how technical the products are.

Delta-Xero design and manufacture industrial filtration systems for hydraulic oil, lubricating oil and fuel, used in safety-critical environments across manufacturing, energy, marine and waste management. They work with organisations that care about system reliability, fluid cleanliness and long-term performance.

The old site was WordPress on a templated theme. It looked like a template, edits were limited to what the theme allowed, and there was no room to build the kind of features a technical audience actually needs: proper case study downloads, a real partner locator, and product filtering that works the way engineers search.

We designed and built a fully bespoke website with custom scroll animations, automated case study PDFs, a country-filtered partner locator and custom product filtering, all set up to reflect how considered the engineering behind the products actually is.

What We Did

A bespoke build with real tools for a technical audience.

We designed and built a fully bespoke website with no theme and no page-builder shortcuts, plus custom scroll animations that give the products the presence they deserve. Under the hood it runs on Statamic, a modern content management system chosen because it handles structured product and case study data far better than a WordPress theme.

The case studies section is set up so each case study has its own PDF. When a visitor fills in the form on a specific case study, they get that exact PDF emailed to them automatically, with no one on the Delta-Xero side needing to send anything or pick the right file.

The partners page is a proper locator, filterable by country so specifiers and engineers can find their nearest Delta-Xero partner without scrolling through a long global list.

On top of that we built custom product filtering, so visitors can narrow down to exactly the filtration system they need instead of wading through the full catalogue.
