A bespoke website built to handle a huge, technical product catalogue.

QVIS Lighting & Security is a UK-based manufacturer of intelligent, energy-efficient lighting and enterprise-grade CCTV - including their in-house Cortex platform. Their product range is large, technical, and constantly evolving across commercial, industrial, retail and public infrastructure sectors.

An off-the-shelf theme wasn't going to work - the product range was too big, too technical and changing too often. We built a fully bespoke website with a custom integration into their internal product system, so new and updated products flow straight onto the site without any manual duplication.

Every part of the site - the content structure, templates, admin and integrations - was purpose-built for QVIS, from bespoke luminaire specs through to full Cortex CCTV product pages.

What We Did

A bespoke website with a live feed from their product database.

We designed and developed the whole site from scratch - no themes, no page-builder shortcuts. Under the hood it runs on Statamic, a modern content management system we chose specifically because it can model deep, technical product data properly. But the important part is what that unlocks: a website built around QVIS's products rather than squeezed into a generic template.

On top of that we built a custom integration with their internal product system (SAP) - a dedicated endpoint that receives product data from QVIS's central database and keeps the website in sync automatically. No CSV imports, no double-keying, no drift between systems.

We also built a bespoke Project Builder - a tool that lets specifiers assemble every item they need for a project, download all the matching spec sheets in one go, and send the full package straight to the QVIS sales team by email. It turns a normally scattered spec-and-quote process into a single, guided flow.
